Madventurefin provides the infrastructure for capital deployment, using a private blockchain to manage and track all sponsorships transparently and securely.

Blockchain Contracts and Capital Deployment

Qualified projects on the Madventurefin platform may receive funding via digitally executed smart contracts, in one of two forms:

• SAFE Agreements (for for-profit impact projects)

• Grant Agreements (for non-profit or hybrid models)

These contracts are triggered based on milestone achievement, as defined in the project plan, and subject to availability of committed sponsor capital in the platform’s funding pool.

Madventurefin does not guarantee sponsorship or capital deployment to any project. All project approvals are determined by structured eligibility logic and the fulfilment of milestone-based conditions.

KYC and Identity Verification

To ensure compliance with global anti-money laundering (AML) and security protocols, all users — including innovators and sponsors — must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before participating in core platform functions.

This may include:

• Personal identification and photo ID

• Business or project registration documents

• Proof of address

• Profile photo (as part of identity assurance)

Failure to complete KYC will restrict access to project submission, sponsorship participation, and capital disbursement features.
